Senior Program Manager, Internationalization & Localization (Remote Eligible)

📋 Description

• Define and own end-to-end i18n program strategy and roadmap.
• Drive cross-org i18n initiatives with Eng and Product teams.
• Evangelize i18n best practices; publish guidelines for Eng/PM/Content.
• Own localization workflow for all customer-facing Support assets.
• Partner with Support and Writing to define localization scope and metrics.
• Ensure content is structured for TM and MT.
• Manage CMS–TMS integration for automated content delivery.
• Track l10n KPIs aligned to Support and business priorities.
• Build relationships with Product, Engineers, UX, Leadership, and LSPs.
• Manage vendor relationships; define SLAs and performance reviews.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in program or product mgmt focused on i18n and l10n
• Localization pipeline experience for Support/Help Center/docs
• Familiar with i18n principles for world-ready software
• Localization tech stack and i18n tooling (Globalyzer)
• Experience driving cross-org i18n initiatives; evangelizing best practices
• Strong communication and stakeholder mgmt; influence without authority
• Technical background with CI/CD and GitLab
• Experience measuring CSAT and costs for localized content
