- Frameworks-based thinking with bias for action; balance vision with execution.
- Exceptional stakeholder management; ability to drive consensus without formal authority.
- Deep understanding of GTM functions (Sales, Marketing, CS) in fast-growth environments.
- Comfortable in ambiguity; create structure and leverage AI responsibly.
