🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in program management, technical PM, or engineering.
- Experience in flight sciences: aerodynamics, flight simulation, thermal management, or acoustics.
- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
- Proven ability to manage complex, technically driven development programs.
- Experience with cross-functional dependencies and complex schedules.
- Jira/Confluence for task tracking; MS Project or Smartsheet.
