🎯 Requirements

BA/BS with 7+ years in Consulting, PM, or related roles.
Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive initiatives to finish.
Track record shipping design initiatives in a large digital product org.
Long-term thinking with near-term execution and problem solving.
Build strong relationships and influence business leaders.
Mediation, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
