🎯 Requirements

- 12+ years of cross-functional project leadership
- 12+ years in software development lifecycle roles
- 10+ years defining/launching products and writing specs
- Agile/Scrum experience; Scrum Master preferred; RUP ok
- PMI/PMP and Scrum certifications preferred
- Strong AI fundamentals: LLMs, tokens, prompts; excellent communication
