- Deep experience leading complex programs with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Strong capacity planning, resource forecasting, and portfolio optimization.
- Hands-on experience with program management tools (Workfront, Asana, Monday.com).
- Ability to translate company goals into operational objectives and plans.
