🎯 Requirements
- 6+ years in Program Management, Project Management, Business Operations, or Business Transformation.
- Proven success leading complex cross-functional initiatives in matrixed environments.
- Strong PM fundamentals with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Demonstrated ability to work with executive leadership and senior stakeholders.
- Experience supporting portfolio-level planning, prioritization, and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication for executives, operators, and the field.
