Senior Program Manager, AI Enablement

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end AI enablement programs; design cadence and activation outcomes.
• Diagnose workflow problems deeply; address root causes with programs/tools.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, BizOps, and People to build AI-enabled solutions.
• Set program health models: metrics, milestones, and shared status surfaces.
• Drive adoption of AI-built tools and self-serve resources; reduce reliance on enablement.
• Build governance, documentation, and self-serve playbooks to enable independence.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in program or project management in fast-paced tech.
• Experience turning ambiguous problems into a program with narrative, roadmap, milestones.
• History of driving behavior change, not just program completion.
• Hands-on experience building or automating workflows using AI tools.
• Experience owning large, distributed programs without direct authority.
• Familiarity with Jira, Asana, Notion, and similar tools.
