- 10+ years in IT Project/Program Management with services/consulting

- Hands-on Scrum Master; Agile with Waterfall project mgmt
- Able to take direction from many; self-directed
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience presenting to executives
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficient in MS Project and MS Office; capable of producing technical docs
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and critical thinking
- Bachelor's in IT or technical field preferred
