Manage intake, backlog and operations with engineering, product, design.
Conduct QA; lead and support QA specialists.
Collaborate with engineers, designers, PMs, and researchers on accessibility changes.
Lead process and tooling integration, including AI where appropriate.
Build automated accessibility testing into CI/CD pipelines.

🎯 Requirements

6+ years building accessibility programs and QA.
WCAG 2.2+ AA and CVAA expertise; advise exec team.
Experience building an accessibility program from inception.
Audits and advisory services with cross-functional teams.
Desktop, mobile, gaming consoles, and OTT accessibility.
Figma and Jira experience.
