Senior Program Manager

📋 Description

• Lead ERP/CRM/CPQ, billing, and data platform transformation programs.
• Own end-to-end delivery from roadmap through post-implementation optimization.
• Drive AI and automation initiatives, including workflow automation and AI tools.
• Partner with Finance, Sales, CS, Product, IT, Rev Ops, and FP&A.
• Translate business objectives into clear program roadmaps and execution plans.
• Establish governance with status, risks, dependencies, and exec updates.

🎯 Requirements

• 8–12+ years PM/PMO in enterprise apps (ERP/CRM/CPQ/data) with Salesforce/NetSuite a plus.
• Proven success delivering complex programs in matrix SaaS/tech orgs.
• Strong execution mindset; connect the dots, drive outcomes; executive presence.
• Deep understanding of enterprise systems architecture, integrations, and processes.
• Experience leading digital transformation across multiple workstreams.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen; ROI tracking.
• Familiar with SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall; vendor/partner mgmt; PMP/PgMP a plus.
