Lead the team daily to ensure plans, estimates, and features ship on time.
Act as Scrum Master for multiple teams and remove roadblocks.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's in CS/IT or equivalent experience.
4+ years project leadership in a cross-functional environment.
4+ years hands-on SDLC experience in a key role.
3+ years defining and launching products.
3+ years writing software specifications.
Experience with Agile/Scrum and RUP; Scrum Master preferred.
