Senior Program Manager

📋 Description

• Define and lead cross-functional, company-wide strategic initiatives with exec visibility.
• Establish and evolve program governance models with structured execution and milestones.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration, aligning priorities, dependencies, and resources.
• Serve as strategic advisor to senior leaders, providing insights and risk mitigation.
• Enhance operational efficiency, developing scalable processes and best practices.
• Develop and execute executive-level communications, crafting reports for leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years of program or project management experience leading large-scale cross-functional programs.
• PMP or PgMP certification preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work with executive leadership, influencing decisions and driving organizational alignment.
• Exceptional ability to balance strategic thinking with detailed execution to drive measurable results.
• Proven leadership in mentoring and coaching program teams.
• Deep expertise in PMIS tools, with Asana preferred.
