📋 Description

• Design, launch, and operate a cohort-based Fellow program.
• Own program structure, timelines, onboarding, and cadence.
• Translate objectives into clear program plans and rhythms.
• Own end-to-end Fellow experience from onboarding to completion.
• Partner with Product and Learning for Fellow success.
• Drive retention, engagement, and completion improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Approximately 5-7+ years in program management or operations.
• Proven ability to stabilize, scale, or improve complex programs.
• Senior IC with broad ownership, autonomy.
• Strong judgment and emotional intelligence; build trust.
• Experience building scalable systems, automations, or tooling.
• Excellent written and verbal communicator across audiences.
