Senior Program Lead, Fellow Experience

📋 Description

• Design, launch, and operate a cohort-based Fellow program for a frontier AI lab client.
• Own program structure, timelines, onboarding models, and communications standards.
• Translate ambiguous objectives into clear program plans with Strategic Project Leads.
• Own end-to-end Fellow experience from onboarding to ongoing engagement.
• Build scalable playbooks, workflows, and lightweight systems for consistency and growth.
• Partner with Delivery Leads, Product, Learning, and other teams supporting the frontier AI lab.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7+ years in program management or operations, esp. in high-growth settings.
• Demonstrated success stabilizing, scaling, or improving complex programs.
• Comfortable as a senior individual contributor with broad ownership and accountability.
• Strong judgment and emotional intelligence; able to set high standards while collaborating.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional partners with adjacent responsibilities.
• Experience building scalable systems, automations, or tooling.
