Senior on-the-ground leader in Pune; coordinate onboarding and HR logistics.

🎯 Requirements

8+ years in program management or engineering operations in software.
Strong Agile delivery framework knowledge; improve delivery performance.
Excellent English communication (written and verbal) across time zones.
Experience coordinating delivery across 5+ concurrent engineering teams.
Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools.
Experience with AI-assisted development workflows (Claude, Copilot).
