🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years managing global accelerator programs and founder support
- Finance/fintech background with knowledge of payments infrastructure
- Direct crypto/blockchain/Web3 industry experience
- External, founder-facing or partner-facing roles
- Strong operational background with multi-stakeholder workflows
- Acuity in budgeting, expenditure tracking, and financial reporting
