  • Structured thinker who uses clear frameworks and tradeoffs.
  • Strong analytical foundation with advanced SQL and large-data work.
  • Execution-focused operator who ships programs and drives adoption.
  • Applied AI experience in business workflows with measured adoption (nice to have).
