Lead discovery, design, and migration planning workshops with stakeholders.
Collaborate with sales, partners, and customers to deliver consultancy and deployment.

🎯 Requirements

8+ years in customer-facing technical roles (Professional Services, security, TAM, support, SOC).
Hands-on ZIA and ZPA deployment experience.
Strong SAML and SSO/IdP integration knowledge.
Solid networking basics: TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S, TLS, proxies, firewalls.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
