  • 5+ years of professional experience, incl. 1+ year in AI/bot apps.
  • Configuring AI and contact center tech, incl. NLU/NLP.
  • Enterprise deployments with complex integrations at scale.
  • CRM integrations, APIs, and related ecosystem tech.
  • Knowledge of generative AI, NLU, automation, and digital engagement.
