Deliver Cortex onboarding and implementation packages, with workshops and custom engagements
Own engagements end-to-end; act as main technical point of contact during implementation
Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer tooling, workflows, and operating models
Advise customers on design decisions and practical Cortex solutions

🎯 Requirements

Customer-facing technical roles (Professional Services, Consulting, Solutions Architecture)
Hands-on experience integrating SaaS tools via APIs, webhooks, and ingestion pipelines
Cloud-native architectures; Kubernetes and Helm (conceptual; hands-on a plus)
Data modeling and entity relationships
CI/CD, GitHub/GitLab, cloud providers, observability, incident management
JSON and YAML; Python, SQL, and scripting a plus
