๐ฏ Requirements
- Bachelorโs degree in technical or business field or equivalent.
- 4-8 years of professional experience; 2+ years in digital channels or AI/bot apps.
- Technical configuration and programming of AI and contact center tech.
- CRM integrations, APIs, and other ecosystem tech.
- Familiarity with Generative AI models, NLU techniques, and automation principles.
- Experience with Knowledge management Curation.
