  • Customer-facing, billable role delivering NiCE AI solutions to enterprises.
  • Configure, program, and modify CXone AI, NLU, IVR, ASR, and CRM integrations.
  • Lead design of AI/bot apps aligned with customer needs.
  • Optimize AI bots (generative and legacy models).
  • Collaborate with customers on Knowledge management Curation and AI-driven services like knowledge assistants.
  • Manage end-to-end project rollouts, lifecycle development, change control, and risk analysis.

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in technical or business field or equivalent.
  • 4-8 years of professional experience; 2+ years in digital channels or AI/bot apps.
  • Technical configuration and programming of AI and contact center tech.
  • CRM integrations, APIs, and other ecosystem tech.
  • Familiarity with Generative AI models, NLU techniques, and automation principles.
  • Experience with Knowledge management Curation.
