🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in technical or business field or equivalent work experience.
  • 4-8 years’ experience; 2+ years in digital channels or AI/bot apps.
  • Technical configuration and programming of AI and contact center tech.
  • CRM integrations, APIs, and ecosystem technologies.
  • Familiarity with Generative AI models, NLU, automation principles.
  • Experience with Knowledge management Curation.
  • Analytical, team-oriented with strong communication.
