🎯 Requirements

- Technical configuration and programming of AI and contact center tech.
- CRM integrations, APIs, and ecosystem technologies.
- Familiarity with Generative AI models, NLU, automation principles.
- Experience with Knowledge management Curation.
- Analytical, team-oriented with strong communication.
