๐ฏ Requirements
- Bachelorโs degree in CS/IS/EE or related field (or equivalent).
- 8+ years of experience, 2+ in digital channels or AI/Bot apps.
- Technical configuration and programming of AI and contact center tech.
- CRM integrations, APIs, and ecosystem technologies.
- Familiarity with Generative AI, NLU techniques, and automation.
- Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
