  • Lead the design of AI bot apps aligned with customer needs.
  • Optimize AI bots (generative and legacy) and improve knowledge engines.
  • Collaborate with PMs to design end-to-end project rollouts.
  • Provide SME guidance on CXone AI solutions during client consultations.
  • Mentor managed services teams; maintain docs post-handover.

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in CS/IS/EE or related field (or equivalent).
  • 8+ years of experience, 2+ in digital channels or AI/Bot apps.
  • Technical configuration and programming of AI and contact center tech.
  • CRM integrations, APIs, and ecosystem technologies.
  • Familiarity with Generative AI, NLU techniques, and automation.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
