  • Lead complex implementations from pilot to full deployment for enterprise AI solutions.
  • Configure CXone AI: NLU, IVR/ACD, ASR, digital channels, knowledge.
  • Develop AI apps (chatbots/voicebots) with focus on code quality and stability.
  • Integrate CRMs, APIs, and ecosystems for end-to-end architectures.
  • Guide launches with testing, UAT, go-live readiness, and post-deployment optimization.
  • Collaborate across teams to influence product direction and enable training for customers/partners.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in technical or business field or equivalent.
  • 5+ years professional experience, incl 1+ year with digital channels, AI, or bots.
  • Configuring AI and contact center tech, incl NLU/NLP.
  • Large enterprise deployments with complex integrations.
  • CRM integrations, APIs, and related ecosystem technologies; Postman/Swagger familiarity.
  • Knowledge of generative AI models, NLU, automation, and digital engagement.
