- Install and integrate NiCE software on site or remotely per methodology.
- Collaborate with the implementation team to answer tech questions from kickoff to handover.
- Ensure all components of the technical architecture are integrated and implemented.
- Communicate and reconcile design flaws found during delivery.
- Assist customers and vendors with configuration requirements for NiCE integration points.
- Provide technical expertise of the NiCE product suite and related technology.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in technical or business field or equivalent.
- 5+ years total, 3+ years in product implementation & integration.
- Experience with NiCE WFM, Engage, CXone, RTA is a plus.
- Experience with recording/telephony integrations, LDAP, SSO, ACD, DB migrations.
- Generative AI models, NLU techniques, and automation principles.
- Industry trends and emerging technologies in AI and digital customer engagement.
