Senior Professional Services Consultant

📋 Description

• Drive adoption of Findhelp software and services to meet client goals.
• Collaborate with clients to set goals, milestones for delivery and adoption.
• Conduct needs assessments to understand client requirements.
• Define expectations, deliverables, timelines, and responsibilities; train staff.
• Provide strategic consulting on nonprofit and community engagement practices.
• Manage projects with tech, people, and processes to deliver high quality programs.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years building strategic relationships at local, county, and state levels.
• Experience with government agencies, healthcare organizations, or nonprofits.
• Experience in program management: planning, implementation, change management, and performance measurement.
• BS/BA degree or equivalent.
• Excellent project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to engage at all organizational levels, including the C-suite.
