Plan and deliver timely services for customers and maximize Cloudflare value.
Gather requirements and produce designs, plans, data builds, and migration artifacts.
Implement changes in Cloudflare; guide configuration of customer CPEs and integrations.
Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with Support, Engineering for escalations.
Contribute to docs, Q&A, and build templates and automation assets.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in a customer-facing role (e.g., Consultant, Engineer, Support).
OSI layers knowledge: TCP/IP, TLS, DNS, HTTP.
Deep understanding of DDoS, WAF, Certificates, DNS, CDN, Analytics, Logs.
Scripting: Python, JavaScript, Bash.
Security: Firewalls, WAFs, Bot Management, Rate Limiting, (M)TLS.
Performance: Speed, Latency, Caching, HTTP/2, TLSv1.3.
Terraform / IaC experience.
English required; Mandarin is a strong advantage.
