• Own production support for Marqeta's European customers.

• Configure environments and controls; monitor health.
\n
• Troubleshoot with customers; guide via docs; root cause analysis.
\n
• Provide on-call support and respond to alerts.
\n
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Ops on improvements.
\n
• Document processes and learnings to drive improvements.
\n

🎯 Requirements

\n
• 4+ years in technical/support for B2B customers.
\n
• Card payments knowledge: Visa/Mastercard flows, 3DS, PSD2, tokenisation.
\n
• Linux environment; API troubleshooting (cURL, HTTP).
\n
• SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL); Python/Shell scripting.
\n
• Logging/monitoring: Kibana, Splunk, Datadog, Grafana, New Relic.
\n
• Excellent communication; able to work with cross-functional teams and on-call rotations.
\n
