7+ years of experience building and operating distributed systems or cloud platforms.
Able to debug complex production issues end-to-end across services and infra.
Strong Python/Go or similar scripting; shipping and operating production tools.
Deep knowledge of cloud-native tech and Kubernetes.
Experience with observability stacks: metrics, tracing, logs, SLOs/SLIs.
Proven track record delivering reliability improvements through engineering.
