Own and improve end-of-line test infra for LocusBot subassemblies and robots.
Develop automated test sequences for drivetrain, sensors, compute, and power.
Work on the manufacturing floor to reduce FPY and cycle time.
Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and software teams to translate design into test specs.
Analyze data (SPC, yield, failure modes) to drive quality improvements.
Build intuitive GUI interfaces for production technicians to operate test stations.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's or higher in Electrical, Software, or Mechatronics (or equivalent)
6+ years in manufacturing test, production engineering, or related
Strong Python (C++ nice-to-have) for hardware interfacing
Linux environment experience, Bash scripting, CLI debugging
Ability to read electrical schematics and PCB layouts
Familiarity with Networking Foundations and Database Management
