🎯 Requirements

  • 4-6+ years SaaS support experience.
  • Expert written and verbal communication; translate tech for non-technical and executive audiences.
  • Experience with Jira Service Management, Confluence, FullStory, Observe, Microsoft 365.
  • Strong technical acumen, attention to detail, and problem solving.
  • Customer-focused; professional, urgent, kind, and driven to help.
  • Experience in the mortgage industry.
