Senior Product Security Engineer

📋 Description

• Select and build services to deliver security intelligence.
• Identify, triage, and remediate app vulnerabilities (anti-abuse).
• Improve tooling and SSDLC to include security/anti-abuse.
• Foster a OneTeam approach for security across Toast teams.
• Assist incident response with app security expertise for abuse/fraud.
• Build threat models for Toast applications.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in application security and security engineering.
• Experience building and maintaining Java web services in production.
• Experience developing Python scripts for scheduling and backend data handling.
• Experience leveraging LLM AI features for software development and/or security operations.
• Strong understanding of cloud application architecture.
• Subject-matter expert guiding colleagues toward abuse, fraud and legal concerns.
• Experience with fintech security requirements.
• Strong privacy, security, cryptography patterns; PKI, access mgmt, tokenization.
