Senior Product Security Engineer

📋 Description

• Select, implement, and build tools to deliver security intelligence across Toast.
• Identify, triage, and remediate app vulnerabilities with anti-abuse focus.
• Improve tooling and SSDLC to embed security and anti-abuse features.
• Collaborate in a OneTeam approach to guide security in new software.
• Assist incident response with app security expertise for abuse.
• Build threat models and guide architecture for Toast apps.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years in application security and security engineering.
• Experience building and maintaining Java web services in production.
• Experience developing Python scripts for scheduling and data handling.
• Experience leveraging LLM AI features for dev and/or security ops.
• Strong understanding of cloud application architecture.
• Subject matter expert guiding colleagues on abuse, fraud, and legal concerns.
