Ensure product quality and reliability in design and NPI (DFMEA/DVT).
Drive DFx improvements and manufacturing readiness for NPI.
Use problem-solving methods to reduce supplier non-conformances.
Conduct risk-based assessments and implement supply chain controls.
Partner with Eng, Ops, Supply Chain, and Field Service to drive corrective actions.
Enhance data management for supplier qualification and performance tracking.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of engineering experience in electro-mechanical and electronics assembly.
Strong knowledge in GD&T, design eval, and mfg/measurement methods.
Experience managing electromechanical contract manufacturers.
Understanding of SMT, wave solder, ICT, AOI, and IPC 600/610/620.
PPAP/FAI reviews and approval experience.
