- Lead privacy reviews across privacy, data protection, IP, and security issues.
- Drive privacy-by-design including DPIAs, LIAs, TIAs, vendor reviews, and data transfers.
- Translate GDPR, ePrivacy, AI and platform regulations into product requirements and playbooks.
- Draft product terms, privacy notices, and FAQs; build scalable reviews.
- Collaborate with global teams and communicate privacy risk in clear business terms.
🎯 Requirements
- 6+ years PQE in-house with fast-paced SaaS/tech teams (B2B/B2C).
- Qualified to practice law in Ireland or the UK; CIPP/E a plus.
- Strong privacy-by-design, data mapping, DPAs, and IP/marketing/go-to-market knowledge.
- Global regulatory fluency: GDPR, ePrivacy, cross-border transfers, AI frameworks.
- Translate legal risk into actionable product requirements; autonomous team member.
