  • Own lifecycle of strategic product partnerships from sourcing to scale.
  • Translate partner capabilities into product opportunities with Product and Engineering.
  • Negotiate pricing, rev share, MSA, BAFO cycles, and data/IP rights.
  • Lead launches across Marketing, Sales, and Solutions to drive adoption.
  • Build durable relationships with senior partner counterparts and cadence routines.
  • Define and report KPIs that map to Ramp's product and revenue priorities.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years in Business Development/Partnerships, Product Partnerships, or PM with end-to-end deals.
  • Experience structuring and closing partnerships requiring real product/engineering work.
  • Fluency with API-based integrations; able to scope work with engineers/PMs.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity; pick partners where no incumbent.
  • Strong commercial instincts: pricing, terms, risk, and driving contract to signature.
