📋 Description

  • Own the Marketplace partner pipeline end-to-end—from onboarding to launch.
  • Primary contact for partners in active integration; coordinate with Engineering.
  • Design commercial structures and programs aligning investment with value.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and RevOps to execute co-marketing plans and launches.
  • Work with Sales to bundle marketplace integrations into enterprise deals.
  • Run quarterly reviews and dashboards on partner revenue and adoption.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in partner operations, program management, or marketplace mgmt at a high-growth SaaS.
  • Experience managing a partner pipeline with multiple concurrent integrations.
  • Proven ability to build repeatable onboarding workflows, tiering, and cadences.
  • Strong organizational skills with a bias for action.
  • Comfortable working with data—pulling reports and dashboards.
  • Excellent communicator for partner relationships at working and exec levels.
