🎯 Requirements
- Product leadership skills with knowledge of money movement and tax obligations of a registered US Broker Dealer.
- Experience to develop automated processes and supervisory controls to eliminate manual intervention and meet partner commitments in timely delivery for funding and settlements.
- Ability to roll up your sleeves, lead from the front and act as a ‘player/coach’ to drive change across the organization.
- Comfort navigating customer and trade lifecycle systems and workflows.
- Ability to oversee and communicate across a cross-functional, matrixed team.
- Ability to filter through ambiguity and complexity and keep the core team focused on defined priorities.
