🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in product management, product ownership, or delivery roles in software.
- Proven track record delivering large, complex initiatives across multiple product areas.
- Strong technical depth; operate independently; identify and mitigate risks.
- Experience scaling Product Owner practices, tools, and standards (DoD, acceptance criteria).
- Agile expert; continuous improvement and inspect-and-adapt.
- Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
