Senior Product Operations Manager, Binance Chat

📋 Description

• Own day-to-day operations of the Binance Chat product, including feature rollouts and content governance.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to translate strategies into operational processes.
• Define, track, and analyze core product metrics to surface actionable insights.
• Identify issues and user pain points via data analysis and feedback; drive improvements.
• Design and execute growth and engagement initiatives (e.g., GTM, incentives).
• Develop and maintain SOPs, playbooks, and policies for the Chat product.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in product operations, growth operations, or related role in tech or internet company.
• Strong data-driven mindset with hands-on analytics tools (Tableau; SQL a plus).
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, and business teams in fast-paced settings.
• Strong understanding of social or messaging products; chat or content platforms a plus.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent English communication; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
