Lead strategy and operations of Product & Engineering Ops at Alloy
Own team rhythms and operating models (offsites, quarterly planning)
Improve product processes and tooling (feature requests, triage, releases, roadmap)
Facilitate collaboration between Product, Engineering, Sales, CS, and Marketing
Establish dashboards and reporting to measure product and engineering success
Maintain launch motions to ship with confidence and monitor impact

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in product, ops, or engineering
Built processes 0 to 1 and scaled them
Managed complex multi-stakeholder initiatives
Built/internal operations systems
Scrappy, fast-moving with ongoing improvement
Strong cross-functional communication
