Senior Product Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Greenfield role - first dedicated product ops hire; build workflows and systems from scratch.
• Collaborate with PMs and Engineering to reduce overhead and improve metrics.
• Create dashboards and reporting cadences so info reaches the right people.
• This role can be remote anywhere in the United Kingdom.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in product operations, technical program management, or related SaaS role; startup exp preferred.
• Ability to decompose goals into structured, actionable projects across cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on proficiency with Linear, GitHub, and Notion; know how to integrate them.
• Experience building automations or integrations (no-code tools, webhooks, or scripting) without engineering support.
• Comfortable with metrics and data; define metrics, tracking, and communicate findings clearly.
• Strong written communication; produce docs/status updates that are clear and read.
