Senior Product Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Own and improve the PM tooling stack (Linear, GitHub, Notion).
• Build automations across Linear, GitHub, Notion; sync states and signals.
• Apply AI tools to product ops workflows to reduce repetitive coordination.
• Establish repeatable processes for new initiatives across the product lifecycle.
• Own launch readiness with cross-functional coordination (Legal, Sales Enablement, etc.).
• Translate priorities into Linear projects with scope, owners, milestones.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years in product operations or technical program mgmt at a SaaS company; startup exp preferred.
• Ability to decompose goals into structured, actionable projects across teams.
• Hands-on with Linear, GitHub, Notion; know how to make them work together.
• Experience building automations with no-code tools, webhooks, or scripting.
• Comfortable with metrics and data; define measures and communicate findings.
• Strong written communication; produce clear docs and status updates.
