Senior Product Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Own the product operating cadence — planning, prioritization, roadmap reviews, and launch reviews
• Run end-to-end launch across cards, payments, and platform
• Build and run the partner feedback loop across fintech and partners
• Stand up tooling, dashboards, and documentation for product ops
• Partner with PMs to scope and ship cross-functional initiatives
• Drive operational excellence: metrics hygiene, postmortems, and decision logs

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years in product ops, program management, chief-of-staff, or strategy & ops
• Exceptional product judgment and strong operating instincts
• Senior autonomous operator who defines problems and owns outcomes
• Strong technical fluency: APIs, payments, blockchain concepts
• Excellent written and verbal communication with partners and teams
• Proven ability to ship cross-functional initiatives quickly and iterate
