- Lead ORPs and COPs for new products and major releases.

- Build and refine processes for ORPs, COPs, NPIs, and sustaining operations.
- Cross-functional coordination with Product, Eng, Manufacturing, QA, and Partners.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations, supply chain, business, or related field.
- 5+ years in product operations, TPM, NPI mgmt in hardware+software tech.
- Strong experience with NPI processes, operational readiness, and launch coordination.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and support.
- Experience managing RMAs, field issue resolution, and sustaining engineering workflows.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to track complex, multi-workstream programs.
