  • Foster cross-functional excellence; advocate for Retirement and 401(k) growth.
  • Drive strategic insights from data; monitor competitors and regulatory landscape.
  • Enable growth across the funnel with multi-channel messaging and 401(k) signups.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8-10 years of experience in Product Marketing, with emphasis on positioning and GTM.
  • Experience marketing 401(k), IRA, or other B2B/consumer financial products.
  • Experience driving adoption/growth for SMB software, fintech, or regulated industries.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional partnership skills.
  • Fluency or curiosity for AI-powered marketing workflows.
