  • Proven experience building CI programs and repositories driving Sales/CS impact.
  • Demonstrated curiosity and resourcefulness in uncovering non-obvious insights.
  • Strong understanding of modern CI tools, workflows; AI-enabled capabilities expected.
  • Strong communication: synthesize complex info into clear cross-functional insights.
  • Detail-oriented with ownership; comfortable operating in ambiguity.
