🎯 Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Product Management, owning product delivery and outcomes
- Experience building workflow-heavy products (internal tools, platforms, enterprise or operational systems)
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to align cross-functional teams
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and drive execution
- Nice to have: Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, clinical operations, or regulated environments
- Nice to have: Experience building clinician-facing tools, EMR-related workflows, or integrations with third-party systems
