🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher with 5+ years in product management or strategy.
- Deep Web3/Crypto knowledge; exchange products, institutional services, API trading, VIP incentives.
- Experience in CEXs, brokerages, financial institutions, or high-net-worth products preferred.
- Strong cross-team communication and systematic thinking.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and data-driven decisions.
- English and Chinese fluency; multi-market collaboration a plus.
